These Terms of Service govern your use of CloudSEOTool. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
By accessing or using CloudSEOTool, you agree to be bound by these terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that organisation.
CloudSEOTool provides tools to audit websites, generate SEO, AEO and local-SEO recommendations, produce content drafts, find opportunities, and create reports. Features, limits and integrations may change as the product evolves. Some integrations are marked as coming soon and are not yet available.
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. One login is intended for one user.
We offer a free plan and paid plans billed on a recurring basis. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Prices are shown before you subscribe and may exclude applicable taxes. We may change prices, and will give reasonable notice before a change affects your renewal. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
When using CloudSEOTool you agree that you will not:
You keep ownership of the websites, content and data you add to the service. You grant us the limited licence needed to process that data in order to provide the service to you (for example, to crawl a page, generate a suggestion, or render a report). You are responsible for having the rights to the data you submit.
Features that generate text or recommendations use automated systems and may produce inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable results. You must review and edit AI output before publishing or relying on it. You are responsible for anything you publish, including content generated with our tools.
Search engines and AI answer engines control how sites are ranked and cited, and they change their systems constantly. We provide analysis and recommendations, but we do not and cannot guarantee any particular ranking, traffic, citation or business result.
The CloudSEOTool software, brand, and website are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or software beyond using the service as intended.
The service may connect to third-party platforms (such as WordPress or search and analytics providers) that you choose to use. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
You can cancel your subscription at any time; your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that create risk for the service or other users.
The service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any result will be achieved.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudSEOTool will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the service, your content, or your breach of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
